With 6 meeting rooms and 3 halls, the Holiday Inn Oshawa is more than prepared to host meetings and events of any size. Our meeting rooms can accommodate 2-12 people in a boardroom style layout or 20 in theatre-style seating. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with a fixed presentation cabinet, whiteboard, pin board and a flip chart. Meanwhile, our halls are ideal for hosting large events. Guild Hall - elegant ballroom, up to 300 people for dinner, 500 people theatre style, can separate into 3 sections, vehicle access door, ground floor, ideal for trade shows. Harmony Hall - up to 130 people for dinner, 200 people theatre style, can separate into two sections, ground floor access, across from Guild Hall. Durham Hall - up to 120 people for dinner, 200 theatre style, can separate into three sections for smaller meetings and dinners for 25-40 people, located on 2nd floor. All boardrooms are fully air-conditioned with fixed presentation cabine t and audio visual equipment is available for rental.
