Beaumont House is an ideal base for both the business traveller, and for tourists exploring the Cotswolds. Not just the Cotswolds, but Bath, Oxford, Worcester and Straford-upon-Avon are all easy day trips.

Please read all details - Beaumont House was built in the 1850s in the Regency period of Cheltenham as a private house / villa. It was converted to a hotel in the 1980s. The hotel has 16 bedrooms, all en suite, is family run in a relaxed friendly style with the emphasis on warmth, peace and comfort; it is set in beautiful gardens where drinks may be enjoyed on summer evenings; there is ample car parking space. Our comfortable lounge is the perfect place to relax with a good novel, enjoy a cappuccino or a drink from our Trust Bar before going out for dinner. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel - the closest fine dining Restaurant, Rowan's [recommended - but please book in advance] is just 50 yards away. During 2005 substantial improvements will be made to the hotel. We reopened on 20th. May after the installation of new plumbing; a new fire alarm system; new kitchen; new TV aerial system; broadband connections to some bedrooms and the creation of 2 new theme rooms - OUT OF AFRICA and OUT OF ASIA, spacious, comfortable and with whirlpool baths. Work will commence later in the year [now scheduled to commence 7th November and finish in February 2006]to create a business floor on our top floor. This new facility giving business persons a better alternative to the chain hotel. All these rooms will have a complimentary broadband connection facility. Externally the hotel will be decorated and improved. These works will have an impact as scaffolding will be needed for some of the tasks. To add value to your stay, guests are entitled to complimentary entrance to LA FITNESS Cheltenham - great swimming pool and gym. AS A POLICY, RESERVATIONS MADE MORE THAN 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE HONOURED UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A PERSONAL TELEPHONE AND WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM OURSELVES.
