Set in 35 acres of Cheshire parkland, Crewe Hall is a majestic Jacobean stately building, which dates back to 1615. Originally built by the Earl of Crewe, it was previously owned by the of the Duchy of Lancaster.
Crewe Hall boasts a total of 65 guest rooms with 26 Superior rooms within the original Jacobean Hall itself - including the sumptuous Royal Suite where King George V and Queen Mary stayed in 1913. A further 39 standard modern rooms are located in the contemporary West Wing, connected to the original Hall via a glass link. These are large, with air conditioning and most have lovely views of the gardens. Other features of Crewe Hall include one of the best staircases in England and its own chapel with stained glass windows.
