The Inn is popular with business people and weekenders who like the quiet village location. Yet The Fox is ideally located for visits to Marlow, Henley, High Wycombe, The Dashwood Estate and Hellfire Caves, Cliveden and the villages of Fingest, Turville and Hambleden which have featured in the TV programmes Midsomer Murders and The Vicar of Dibley. Located in an area renowned for its outstanding beauty and Red Kite population, guests return time and time again. The new air-conditioned restaurant set in beamed surroundings offers dishes using hand-selected fresh ingredients. Our food variety covers Italian, Mediterranean, Modern English and of course, our traditional English Sunday lunch. The two bars have the friendly atmosphere of a traditional English Inn, with low beams and log fires in winter. A large selection of real ales and wines and a good range of bar meals are served. The lounge bar has a small non smoking dining area.
