La Chenevière is an 18th century château situated between Omaha Beach, where the American forces landed on D Day 1944, and the historic town of Bayeux famous for its tapestry depicting the Conquest of England by William the Conqueror in 1066. The château stands elegantly in its own parkland of mature trees, embracing the graceful mannerisms of a bygone era and the warmth of an English country house.There are only 22 rooms each with a garden view and all individually decorated in a harmony of floral designs. The luxurious facilities will appeal to the most fastidious traveller. Location
The Château is located in Normandy near the Landdind Beaches, situated in a private park with very old trees. Take the D6 from Bayeux to Port-en-Bessin. After seven kilometres, you will see Château La Chenevière on your right.
