Transportation to the Hotel
The average one-way taxi fare from the airport to the hotel is XPF 3500. A courtesy airport shuttle service is not available, but the hotel can arrange transfers on request at XPF 2000 per person one way by bus, or at XPF 4000 one way in a private car. Guests must advise in advance and the rate will be billed direct to the room. Please provide flight details on booking in order to allow check-in and check-out.
Renting a car is also possible and different international companies offer their services in Tahiti as well as directly from Faa'a International Airport and in the hotels. There is a car rental desk at the hotel. The hotel has 300 car parking spaces, not barrier controlled, free of charge to residents.
The hotel provides a shuttle service - Le Meridien's Truck - twice a day, except on Sunday, between the hotel and downtown Papeete. Departures at 9:00 am and 2:30 pm, return at 12:00 noon and 5:15 pm (except Saturday, departure at 9:00 am and 2:00 pm, return at 12:00 noon and 4:45 pm). Rate is XPF 1000 for a transfer with return ticket.
