Our largest conference room (Theodor Fontane) has the capacity to accommodate up to 210 persons for cocktail receptions and up to 130 persons for meetings in classroom style.

All function rooms have natural daylight, are air conditioned, located on the ground floor and can be darkened upon request. Each one of them is also ideal for any private festivity.

The maximum capacity of all meeting rooms reaches up to 520 persons.

The meeting rooms are equipped with modern audio-visual equipment as well as analogue and ISDN supplies.

In addition, you can make use of the following items; overhead projector, slide projector, TV and video, video projector, flipcharts, pinboards, LC-display and moderation equipment. On request our Conference Network Team will supply you with any other technical equipment you require.
