Hotel Location
Villa Kennedy is located on the Main riverside in Sachsenhausen, an area best known for its museums and numerous restaurants and bars. All the main attractions within the city are easily accessible either on foot or by public transport, including the financial district which creates a striking skyline nearby. Villa Kennedy is just eight minutes from Frankfurt's main train station and approximately 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport.
Accommodation
The hotel has 163 bedrooms, including 28 suites and an enormous presidential suite (300 square metres). They have been designed by Martin Brudnizki and his team, keeping in mind that feeling at home is of essence. All rooms feature state-of-the-art technology, including flat-screen televisions and dedicated work stations. The suites are spacious with lounge and dining areas, walk-in wardrobes, dedicated dressing areas and separate guest washrooms.
Restaurants & Lounges
The colonnaded restaurant, Gusto, leads on to the central inner courtyard garden and moves on to it during the warmer months, creating a picturesque and peaceful setting for dining, meetings and general relaxation. It seats up to 140 and our German chefs provide simple but high-quality cuisine. JFK's bar is located next to the restaurant, overlooking the courtyard.

Our expert staff will stimulate your sense, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation and harmony. The Villa Spa includes a 15-metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, saunas and steam rooms, relaxation lounge with juice bar and organic teas, fully equipped training area, yoga, stretching and pilates room, and eight treatment rooms including one double room.
Meetings
The Villa Kennedy comprises seven private rooms, which can accommodate groups of 6 to 40 people; five of these interconnect. They all have natural daylight and are equipped with the latest technology. Private dining can be arranged for the most important or festive occasions, in the splendour of traditional Frankfurt.
The hotel also features a 330-square-metre ballroom with its own entrance and a grand lobby. The colonnaded access to the ballroom captures the privacy of one's own villa.
