It has been established by a group of Dutchmen who had a great affinity for the country, its history and culture. The Summit Hotel operates the restaurant in the Patan Museum. It offers a variety of delicious Nepalese and continental snacks and meals which are prepared from the vegetables grown in the museum's gardens.
