The hotel is located right in the city center of Sevilla, opposite the "Plaza de España" and the "Parque de Mª Luisa" Park. The Hotel has 364 rooms (all exterior), 36 of which are located on the "Royal Floor" for executives, and in addition, more than 3.500 m2 exclusively reserved for your congresses, conventions, meetings and presentations. Each room is completely air-conditioned, has a direct dial telephone, modem connection, minibar, individual safety deposit box, pillow menu, interactive TV, Canal Plus, Via Digital, and individual thermostat. Bathrooms include hydromassage shower, hair-dryer, and magnifying mirror. The "Servicio Real"(Royal Service) for executives includes a separate check-incounter located on the Royal Floor, a reading room, private bar as well as an exclusive breakfast. Special welcome gift upon arrival, daily press, shoe-bag, bathrobe and a complete toilet set. Breakfast will be served from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., fruits and champagne will be served all day long, coffee and pastries from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and from 9:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. An aperitif will be served from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. 5 rooms have been especially adapted for handicapped people, all with sufficient space to allow for wheel chairs, and special bathroom facilities to accommodate your needs.
