The Central Sporthotel is a modern and traditional 4 star first-class hotel located directly below the famous strolling and shopping promenade in Davos Platz. The hotel has 95 rooms (180 beds), the new Central Wellness area with indoor swimming pool and various currents, a Finnish and a bio sauna, steam bath, solarium and gym and massage room, plus the “Belle Époque” dining room, a rustical à la carte Grisons restaurant (“Bündnerstube”) as well as a piano bar with daily musical entertainment.

Belle Epoque
In the dining hall “Belle Epoque” we always offer you fresh salad creations, either as individual dishes or from the large choice of our buffet for either an appetizer or a main course you can choose between a gourmet and a lighter wellness dish. The desserts are always worth a sin, but the menu also features lighter desserts, such as sorbets or a fruit salad. A highly popular attraction with many of our guests and locals are our gala dinners, our wonderful buffet evenings and our holiday fish and dessert buffets.
Buendnerstuebli
The fine art of flambeing is a passion of our head waiter Renato Bellini. The calf’s kidneys with cognac, fish fillets with pastis or jumbo shrimps with whisky are special delicacies. The Central Restaurant Buendnerstuebli with its wooden furniture and cushy corner sitting units is a comfortable and yet elegant location. The aromatic kitchen of our Chef Franck Querville and the flambees of our head waiter Renato Bellini are known all over town. And the sweet, tender and aerial desserts of our Chef patissier Gerhard Humer are legendary. In the “Buendnerstuebli” we also like to welcome guests to a banquet, a birthday or anniversary dinner, and particularly to a glamorous wedding. For lunch we quickly serve a light business or holiday lunch but also larger meals for special occasions. Nowhere could you better linger, celebrate and enjoy.
