The resort caters to the needs of business travelers, honeymooners, families, and vacation guests. The hotel was refurbished in 2003 which involved redesigning of guestrooms and dining outlets. The 256 room hotel includes 31 Towers rooms and 23 suites. The Towers rooms located on the upper floors of the hotel has direct access to Towers Lounge, personalised butler service, and VIP inroom amenities. The Towers Lounge has snacks, refreshments, and happy hours throughout the day.

Located on the white sands of Jumeirah Beach the hotel is minutes away from Emirates Golf Club, closeby to Dubai Media and Internet city.The hotel is approximately 45 kilometers away from Dubai International Airport and 35 kilometers away from City Center. Complimentary shuttle bus to the city is provided.

The total refurbishment in 2003 also involved redesigning of bedrooms in a contemporary style. All the rooms are spacious with elegant wooden furnishing with all the in room facilities our guests look for. All the rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, IDD voicemail phones, data port, interactive TV, trouser press, hairdryer, in-room safe where as the towers rooms which are located on the towers floors have personalised butler service, direct access to Towers Lounge, and VIP in-room amenities.
