The Warwick Regis Hotel is a perfect reflection of San Francisco: historical (it was built in 1913), elegant and incredibly charming. Tastefully appointed in the style of Louis XVI, our classic eighty rooms will satisfy the most discerning traveller. All rooms are furnished with four-poster or crown-canopied beds with hand-carved headboards, antique English and French armoires and writing tables, and private Italian marble bathrooms. To allow our guests to relax in refined elegance, each room is furnished with amenities, such as grooming items, monogrammed robes, hairdryer, honor bar refrigerator, direct-dial telephone, individually controlled thermostat, remote-control color cable television, on-demand movies and Nintendo, safe deposit box, and umbrella.
Bars & Restaurants
La Scene Café and Bar serves a Mediterranean inspired bistro-style menu featuring the finest local products. Executive Chef Patrick Walsh combines fresh California ingredients to create his seasonal menus. Located just across from the Curran Theatre and the American Conservatory Theater, La Scene is the ideal spot for reasonably priced pre-theatre dining or dessert and cocktails after the show. The inviting bar is open nightly, and offers an array of premium spirits, specialty cocktails, and an impressive wine list.The sounds of live jazz piano greet the guests of La Scene as they enter the restaurant. Conference & Banquet
Two meeting rooms, each totaling 520 square feet, provide a comfortable seating capacity for 48 people theater-style. Both rooms may be combined to create one large space that seats 120 people theater-style or up to 50 people using U-shaped or conference-style configurations. An exclusive boardroom features an antique English directors table with a hand-tooled leather top. It seats 14 people. Catering for meetings and social functions is provided by La Scene Cafe, a Mediterranean-style bistro.
Hotel Facilities
Day passes to Club One at a nominal fee. One is a brand new, state of the art health club located just around the block from the hotel.
All guests are treated to complimentary morning newspapers Monday through Friday, overnight shoeshine service, and twice-daily housekeeping service throughout their stay. Each room has an honor bar, remote-controlled color TV with cable, on-demand films and video games, robes, safe, and umbrella. Special services include valet-parking service, 24-hour room service, 24-hour concierge service, and same-day laundry and valet service. Guests may arrange access to an off-site health club through the concierge. Room service is catered by La Scene Cafe, a Mediterranean-style bistro.
