From Airport Directions
From I-95 North Bound (Baltimore-Washington) Take exit 8N off of I-95. Travel north on route 202 - Concord Pike for approximately 4 miles. The Hotel is located on the right.
From I-95 South Bound (Philadelphia - Philadelphia International Airport) Interstate 95 South to Interstate 495, Exit number 6, Delaware Route 92 West, Naamans Road. Proceed five miles to US Route 202, South. Doubletree is one half mile south on Route 202 on the left.
From New York or New Jersey Take the NJ Turnpike South to exit 1, the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Follow I-295 South to I-95 North. I-95 North to exit 8N Route 202, Concord Pike. Travel North on Route 202 - Concord Pike for approximately 4 miles. The Hotel is located on the right.
From Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 23 Downingtown. Follow Route 100 South to Route 202 South. Follow Route 202 South into Delaware. The Hotel is on the left about 2 miles past the State Line.
Transportation
A memo to our guests regarding our complementary shuttle service...
The service is available to all guests of the hotel from 7 AM to 10 PM on as available basis. Sometimes during particularly busy times the hotel will establish a shuttle schedule. Shuttle schedules will be posted at the front desk.
During the hours of 7 AM to 10 PM the shuttle can not be scheduled of reserved on a customized basis to take your group to a particular location.
Our shuttle will take you from the Hotel to a particular location. When you are ready to return to the Hotel please call and he next available shuttle will be sent to pick you up. You will be given an approximate time of arrival.
Service to intermediate points will not be provided.
Our Shuttle services a five mile radius of the Hotel. This area includes all the local museums and attractions, downtown Wilmington, the Wilmington Amtrak Station, local country clubs and catering facilities.
What do I do after 10 PM? If you have a group of people that are attending an event within the five mile radius of the Hotel, our shuttle service can be used to return them here. There are a few things to consider.
The fee is $100 Our larger van can carry up to 21 passengers.
Our driver will make as many round trips from your event's location to the Hotel as is necessary to transport all of your guests.
A round trip to most of the popular destinations takes about a half hour.
The first trip back to the Hotel will not leave your venue before 11 PM.
The last trip back to the Hotel must arrive by 2 AM.
The $100 fee includes the driver's gratuity.
We must know approximately how many guests will need transportation.
