The Restaurant at Triple Creek Ranch serves a gourmet menu that represents a melting pot of local and international flavors. Fresh local produce from the organic farms in Montana's Bitterroot Valley, and fresh meat and seafood, flown in from around the world, create both vibrant seasonal dishes and more adventurous fare, such as emu steaks or venison. For guests with individual dietary requirements menus can be prepared for you individually, and should you wish to hide-away completely from the outside world, private dining can be arranged in the restaurants relaxed and contemporary surroundings. Dining at The Chef's Table allows guests a bird's eye view of the kitchen, and all tables benefit from breathtaking views across the ranch.
The award winning Wine Cellar at the ranch is found at the entrance to The Rooftop Lounge. Held in a state-of-the-art glass showroom, on handcrafted mahogany racks, are 3000 bottles, representing more than 200 of the world's top champagne and wine labels, with a particular focus on wines from California and the Pacific Northwest. The Rooftop Lounge also serves cocktails and a selection of 30 micro-brewed, handcrafted, domestic, and imported beers from its full bar.
