From Lincoln Tunnel-Hoboken - Upon exiting the tunnel, immediately get into the far right lane. Follow the Hoboken exit. At the first light, the street becomes Willow Ave., continue straight. Proceed on Willow for approximately one and a half miles, until it ends. Turn rght onto Observer Hwy. and at the first light, Henderson Ave., turn left. Stay on Henderson and under the rail tracks at the first light, 18th St., turn left. 18th changes to Washington Bl.
