From Buffalo Niagara Intl Arpt - Exit Airport to NY-33 West. Merge onto I-90 West-NYS Thruway West toward Erie. Exit 54 to Rt. 400 toward Rt. 16-West Seneca-East Aurora. Stay on Rt-400 South to East Aurora. Exit at US 20A-Rt 78 East Aurora. Keep to the right at fork in ramp and merge onto NY-78-US 20A, which becomes E.
