ESA Houston-Medical Center-Braeswood is a three-story hotel set on the Braes Bayou in the Houston Medical Center. The tree-shaded, landscaped grounds present a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle of the world's largest and busiest medical center. This hotel has 130 studios and suites -each suite provides separate living and sleeping areas with a fully equipped kitchen and work space. Other hotel amenities include: complimentary continental breakfast, outdoor swimming pool, onsite guest laundry facility, iron & iron board, complimentary shuttle service to the Medical Center, in-room hair dryer, cable t.v., free HBO, Pay per view movies and in-room coffee makers.We have handicap accessible rooms, connecting rooms and an elevator. We provide van transportation for the medical center. Our guests are invited to a manager's reception each week. We also provide a lending library of health related books and Internet access.Pets Allowed:One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee.
