Location
Ruzyně International Airport (PRG) is located approximately 20km north-west of the city, a half hour journey by shuttle bus, car or taxi. It comprises two terminals, North (T1) and South (T2).

Airlines
Czech Airlines (ČSA) is the national carrier with air links to over 40 countries mainly in the European Union and to some international destinations such as New York and Toronto. Usually, when flying to Prague from another continent, you would need to change to connecting flights at one of the European hubs in London, Amsterdam, Paris or Frankfurt.

Leisure Facilities
Airport facilities include a post office, banks, bureaux de change, accommodation agencies, restaurant and over 85 shops. Car hire is available from Alamo, Avis, Budget, Europcar and Hertz. There is a bank and post office situated opposite the Arrivals Hall, a clinic, lost property office in the Arrivals Hall as well as a baggage-wrapping service. All the main car hire companies are situated at Parking C.

If you are in transit or have spare time before your flight, there is an Airport Museum in Terminal 2, as well as two play areas for those with children.

Business Facilities
T1 offers business facilities such as conference and press rooms, a business lounge with fax and photocopy machines, free Internet and a VIP service. T2 has conference rooms and business lounges.

Disabled Facilities
Special facilities are available for the disabled, including free parking in the multi-storey car park.

Prague Ruzyně International Airport: Getting Into Town

Car Rental and Driving
Prague's International Airport has ample long-term and short-term parking for those departing from the airport, as well as several car hire desks in the Arrivals hall including Avis, Budget and Hertz. You can prebook your car rental here. The R7, a major highway, leads from Prague city center to the airport, with off-ramps to Terminal Three first, followed by Terminals One and Two.

Public Transport
Four bus lines will transport you from the airport into the city, with a fare costing 26 CZK for 75 minutes use. Line 100 will connect with Metro Line B at Zličín (under 20 minutes), lines 179 and 225 with Line B at Nové Butovice (both under an hour), and line 119 with Metro Line A at Dejvická (under 30 minutes). Alternatively the Airport Express line will transport you to the main Prague Train Station in 35 minutes.

Taxis
There are two official airport taxi services: Radiocab taxi and AAA Radiotaxi. Radiocab charges between 150 to 980 CZK depending on the fare zone you are travelling to (for one to four people), with 20% discount on return trip from the airport to covered destinations. AAA Radiotaxi fares start at a CZK 40 flat rate with a charge of CZK 28 for every kilometer around or outside of Prague.

Airport shuttles
The Prague Airport Shuttle minibuses operate from 07.00-24.00 daily and travel to any hotel in the city at a fixed price. Normal luggage is included in the fare. A driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall, holding a board with your name on it. The minibus departs every half hour. You can book online or tel. +420-800-870-888.

Airport Express Buses run to the main train station (from where you would need to take the metro) from 05.00-22.00 daily at half hour intervals. Tickets can be bought from the driver and luggage is included in the fare.

Cedaz minibuses outside Arrivals operate every half hour from 06.00-21.00. Tickets are bought from the driver. You will be dropped off in Namesti Republiky.

Private Cars
The driver will hold a board with your name in the Arrivals Hall. They operate 24 hours a day on a fixed rate (often less than the FIX taxis) and will take you direct to your accommodation.
