Izmir's Adnan Menderes Airport has a range of duty free shops and restaurants available both before and after the check-in gates. There are ATMs (cash machines) and currency exchange desks in both International and Domestic terminals, as well as postal facilities.

Business Facilities
The airport provides a meeting room space for up to 40 people, as well as a smaller press room. Business class travellers are able to relax in the Millennium Lounge. The lounge provides snacks and refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), as well as fax, internet and telephone facilities.

Bus
The easiest and cheapest way to access Izmir city from the airport is using the Havaş shuttle bus. The journey takes just under an hour and the service runs every hour from the city to the airport. Services from the airport to the city are timed to correspond with incoming domestic flights.

Train
There is a train station at the airport which takes you directly to main station in the north of Izmir. The service is quite infrequent, although it only takes half an hour, and it is often more efficient to take the havas bus.

Transport to nearby resorts can be done by taxi, however this is often quyite expensive. It is best to organise a hotel shuttle with your hotel, or else to book a seat on a shared shuttle service.
