Seychelles International Airport: General Information

Seychelles International Airport (SEZ) on Mahé Island, 10km southeast of Victoria, built on reclaimed land, is the only airport of entry into the republic. The airport has two passenger terminals for international and domestic flights and a cargo terminal.

Airlines
Airlines which fly to the Seychelles International Airport include Air France, Air Mauritius, KLM, Kenya Airways, Emirates and Qatar.

Car Rental
Car Rental The main international car rental companies have desks in the Arrivals Hall which are open when there are arriving or departing flights. There are also smaller local car rental companies. A valid driver’s licence must be presented when hiring a car.

Car Parking
The car park consisting of 40 short-term and 106 long-term parking bays have direct access to the terminal buildings.

Leisure Facilities
General facilities at the airport include an information desk in the Arrivals Hall, as well as a bank, ATMS and a bureau de change. There are also public telephones and Internet facilities on the first floor in the International Departure lounge. There is wireless Internet access in the International Terminal.

Restaurants and bars in both terminals, and there are duty-free shops in the International Terminal.

Business Facilities
There is a VIP lounge in the International Terminal.

Disabled Facilities
Ramp access and adapted toilets are available.

Seychelles International Airport: Getting Into Town

By Bus
Buses depart for Victoria every half hour from 05.30-19.30.

By Taxi
Taxis are available 24 hours a day. You will pay for each piece of luggage.

By Car
Take the direct double highway into Victoria from the airport.
